• Water, Gatorade, bananas and Clif Shots at every other mile
• Medical personnel roaming the course in ATVs
• Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, bagels, etc. at the finish line

Porta-potties will not be on the course as it is not possible to get them on the beach.  However, there are a few public beach parks with restrooms along the route.  These areas will be marked on the course, but runners will need to run up the dune and to the parks to use these public facilities.
